Buyers Questionare Form

As a responsible breeder we're very upfront with our customers, and hope that you will be upfront as well. To work out who is the perfect fit for our new babies, it is important to ask the you, as a potential buyer, a number of questions – either face to face, over the phone or by email. We want our puppies to go to homes where they will feel loved and safe, so we would greatly appreciate if you would take a few minutes to fill out the following questionnaire. Remember that there are no right or wrong answers, we just want to get to know you better!
